You are invited to participate in a morning of outdoor art making that explores the divisions between humans, the built environment, and the natural world. Come experience the sights, smells, sounds, and feelings of a dynamic piece of Holland’s history, the decommissioned James DeYoung Power Plant. You will have the opportunity to participate in the making of a community dinnerware set by pressing clay slabs onto textures at the site. The event will also include other planned art activities and you are welcome to bring your own art supplies and camera.
