Graffiti with Miguel Ayala

Learn how to draw and spray paint stylized letters with graffiti artist Miguel Ayala. We’ll experiment with various tips to achieve different effects and explore quick, expressive mark making as well as learn how to make stencils for fill patterns and images.
Middle School Photography with Jaer Medina

Learn photography fundamentals with us this summer! With Downtown Holland as our subject, students will be able to experiment with various forms of photography to create unique images. Bring your own camera if you have one, or use one of ours! Students will get to take home CultureWorks cameras during the week of the class to continue practicing.
Sculptural Ceramics with Evan Nickel

Reconnect with the historical art of making fun, silly, expressive masks in this ceramics sculptures class! Together we’ll explore basic handbuilding techniques through mask making construction and design techniques of cultures with ancient traditions in performance, ceremony, and art. We can’t wait to see your take on mask making!
